Can I return my order?
Absolutely! Ensuring your complete satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we proudly offer a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy.
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. However, please note that personalized and sale items are final sale & non-refundable. Please send the items in their original packaging to the address below.
How do I return an item?
Initiating a return is simple. Just shoot us an email at info@morewell.au with the subject line 'Returns- (your order number)'. Be sure to include your order number, reason for return, and any photo evidence if the item is damaged.
We'll promptly provide you with detailed instructions on where to send the returned goods. Please remember, customers are responsible for shipping fees and are encouraged to obtain proof of postage to avoid any potential "lost package" scenarios. Please note, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returned items. Additionally, all tags of the garden gloves must remain intact.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you'll receive a confirmation email updating you on the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
We understand the importance of promptness. That's why we aim to process refunds swiftly, typically within our 14-day Return & Exchange Policy period. However, please keep in mind that Morewell reserves the final right to decide whether to exchange or refund an item.
Shipping costs and international duties and taxes are not refundable, including where orders are over $100.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have a generous 14-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For exchanges, we're pleased to offer a one-time service for sizing adjustments. We strongly advise customers to consult our sizing guide to minimize the need for exchanges.
Please note that, other than garden gloves, we only permit returns for items deemed faulty by us upon return.
