All products are shipped from our Australia store.
2. How is my order shipped?
We use Australia Post (AU POST) or Courier Please or Parcel freight Logistics for all shipments.
3. When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within two business days.

Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-ordered items will be shipped the day after arrival in our store.
4. Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with shipping details. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout; otherwise, we may have no way to contact you regarding your shipment.
5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address after payment, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is processed.

7. Can I get a tracking number?

Standard and Priority shipping does not include tracking.

If you select Express Post, a tracking number will be provided and sent via email once your order has been shipped.
Due to rising shipping costs, tracking is only available for Express Post orders.
